The Russian cuisine which is big, generous and nourishing is rediscovered in a new era with new ideas and fresh coombinations. Existing for many centures legendary meals and products, tastes and principles get a new embodiment and a modern look. To the familiar and favorite products are added new, not common for traditional Russian cuisine components, that complete the taste and even create a harmonious gastronomic polyphony.
Sturgeon with black couscous, noodles with king crab, buckwheat porridge with venison, polba with Pacific scallops, languor in the oven with grill and su-vid gives a new life to old traditions, wonderful modern taste and aroma of the legendary Russian meal. Pushkarski is finding new tints of taste in the usual meals and shows them. Our kitchen is not scary or shocking. It can surprise with combinations of products and innovative reading of old recipes, but it will still stay the same traditional Russian cuisine – in meaning, spirit and embodiment.
